Lord McBee And His Sailing Ship. How It All Began:
Before the Sailing Ship Lord McBee was commissioned as such, it had served many years on the Mediterranean Sea assuring peace and protection in the region under the command of Several Navy Officers including the woman later to become Lady McBee. Her rank then was Captain. Her ship was also involved in a number of military encounters whereas the various countries, kings, queens, generals, etc at conflict sought dominance and control in the name of the powers they represented. Because of its unique design and armaments, the sailing ship later to be commissioned Lord McBee supported many successful campaigns.
Before Lord McBee was designated a Lord in England, he had served around the world as General and Commander of armies participating in various military campaigns. He has a reputation as a master strategist in any environment, on land, at sea, among mountains, rain, snow or marshlands. He had studied the exploits of military leaders before him. He was an expert in the tactics and strategic operations, for example, of Hannibal and his elephants, Scipio Africanas and his outstanding horsemen, General Othello and his armies, General Tarik Ibn Zeyad and his successful campaigns in conquering Spain, Isabella 1 and her dominance following the Punic Wars, Nepolian becoming emperor of France and others.
Although Lord McBee was a man with a famous name and of great acclaim, he was also a Nobleman recognized for his knowledge, kindness and control as a Gentleman in command. He soon acquired the title Lord following a history of great accomplishments with his armies and use of resources at sea out maneuvering and using uncanny wit in achieving success on his missions.
When Lord McBee met Lady McBee in Paris, France they instantly recognized the potential for a great love and need for each other having spent many years in pursuits other than romance, marriage and family. For Lady McBee was also a person of history, of great acclaim and also had a famous name. So they had much in common to talk about during their courtship in preparation for marriage as they both wished to settle down.
They both loved the sea and pursuit of adventures around the world. After they were blissfully wed Lady McBee in a dream of the sea, remembered a wonderful and majestic sailing ship on which she had spent some time. Upon discussing her flashback in history, they simultaneously had the vision of a home at sea on this wonderful sailing ship. So they immediately returned to the Mediterranean where the ship was moored and sought its acquisition. After some major and minor repairs to the hull and sails of the ship, it was tested seaworthy and appeared just as grand as it was during its finest hours at sea in the service of the navy of the Queen. One more thing was unique about the ship, having been refurbished for sailing as a home at sea, there were bees nested high in the sails of the ship. The McBee's said "no problem" thus giving more impetus to the selection of the name for the newly refurbished ship as the Sailing Ship Lord McBee. And, of course, the honey bees on board were simply elated and happy with this situation.
Believe it or not, four months after the Lord McBee Sailing Ship was christened and out to sea, Lady McBee had symptoms of pregnancy. There was no mistake in the diagnosis, because this swarthy couple was immune to anything that could be caused by motions of the ship at sea. Then, Lady McBee got busy planting and growing flowers on board the ship. Creatures of the sea and sky came to witness the beautiful flowers blossom and smell the sweet fragrant air. Lady McBee loved to grow daffodils.
Sure enough, nine months after conception, Junior McBee was born almost to the minute. For the Lord and Lady were great lovers, cared for each other dearly and knew everything about each other as one.
Naturally, the birth of Junior McBee caused a big celebration at sea. Other sailing ships from miles around, sea creatures and even the winds came to blow gently in order to see the new born baby. Horns were blowing, people cheering and shouting, whales spraying with delight and even the elephants on shore trumpeted the news inland.
After a few days, they were back at sea and off to new adventures as the new family of Junior, Lady and Lord McBee onboard the Sailing Ship Lord McBee.
